Confirmation of your order
When we receive your order a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including product details, estimated delivery date and total price.

Delivery
All of our jewellery is made to order. Please allow up to 20 working days from order date to delivery date. The majority of orders will be sent within 5 working days. Orders will be sent out Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery with order Track & Trace. Prior to despatch of your order a confirmation E-mail will be sent out containing your tracking number which can then be used to track you order on the Royal Mail Web Site. If your order is urgent and you require delivery any sooner please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Money back guarantee
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for whatever reason please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a full refund, providing the item is returned as sold and in its original condition. All returns must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and fully insured by yourselves. For extra security please do not write JEWELLERY or any other luxury words on packages returned to us

Guarantee
All of our jewellery comes with a 2 years guarantee, which covers any manufacturing faults. If this occurs we will gladly repair or if needed we will replace the item at no extra cost. Any attempts to repair the item by a third party voids this guarantee. Any negligence or normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee. All returns are subject to a Manufacturers Inspection.

Privacy/security
Any information obtained by us relating to a purchase will not be sold, transmitted or made available to any third parties not directly related to the ordering process. We will not provide e-mail addresses or any other information we receive to Internet Marketing companies or mailing lists. All credit/debit card details will only be asked for when entering the Protx Secure Payment System when you decide to make your purchase. No credit/debit card details are seen or held by us whilst purchasing online.
